Sign up for ISGO membership now (and receive free on-lineJournal of Structural and Functional Genomics)
May 24, 2006 Dear ISGO members, As agreed to by members and the Executive Committee last year, the International Structural Genomics Organization (ISGO) is now moving to a formal membership. There are several very nice benefits to membership. Members receive a free on-line subscription to the Journal of Structural and Functional Genomics and can vote in all ISGO matters. Additionally, members can get a print copy of the JSFG for $50 per volume and will have access to beta-version software, experimental instruments, technological development, etc. that are developed by associated research labs and institutions and have access to to a broad range of scientific and technical information. Signing up now gives membership through December, 2006. Signing up on the ISGO web site is quite easy (www.isgo.org) and payment can be made by credit card. ISGO membership will be on a yearly basis at a rate of US$40 for regular and US$20 for student members. The ISGO Executive Committee is very thankful to Tomoko Nakayama and Kazuko Maekawa in Yuki Yokoyama's group and Michael Baran in Guy Montelione's group along with Peter Butler and the staff of the Journal of Structural and Functional Genomics who have devoted months to developing the web site and the process for membership. I hope that you will sign up today! (...and while you're on the site, please register for the ICSG 2006 meeting October 22-26 in Beijing!
