Two papers in JSFG on Patents and Protein Structures

You may be interested in two papers that were recently published in the Journal of Structural and Functional Genomics on the patentability of protein structure information.

One is by Sara Vinarov, now of Quarles & Brady in Madison, WI. entitled "Patent protection for structural genomics-related inventions". You can download it directy from:
